Workshop for Independent Publishing
(WIP)
Shop Accessibility:
WIP is located in Southwest Minneapolis on the northwest corner of 50th St. and Bryant Ave., sharing a building with Yarborough Printshop, a local, sustainable screen printing shop.
WIP’s print shop is a ground floor space with no stairs. Isles between equipment are 36” wide and include a 60” turn radius.
There two adjustable height workstations for working in a sitting or standing position.
Masks are required.
The building’s restroom is not ADA accessible.

Safer Spaces Policy
All WIP users (public, members, shopkeepers) agree to adhere to this Safer Spaces Policy through use of WIP facilities.
WIP works to sustain an environment free from transphobia, homophobia, sexism, racism, ageism, ableism, religious discrimination, classism, xenophobia, or other anti-liberatory rhetoric or behaviors which seek to demean any given individual or population. Harassment — including, but not limited to unsolicited interpersonal advances, contact, or remarks — is not acceptable at WIP. Using WIP equipment to produce hateful or bigoted material, including material that bullies another member of the WIP community, is not permitted. Producing erotica is permitted on WIP equipment, WIP users are responsible for ethically navigating consent relevant to their erotic publishing.
We aim to thoughtfully resolve any conflict that might arise at WIP. Please let us know at info@wipmpls.com if there is anything you believe requires our attention.
Those in violation of the Safer Spaces Policy will be asked to amend their behavior in order to reduce additional harm. Should the violating party refuse, they will be asked to refrain from using WIP’s space until violations can be addressed and remedied in the best interest of the WIP community.
Given the pervasive nature of online spaces, those in violation of the Safer Spaces Policy in online spaces moderated by WIP will be blocked from interaction in these spaces until violations can be addressed & remedied in the best interest of the WIP community
Our Safer Spaces Policy is not a guarantee of a perfect space; it's a commitment towards a safer one.
